Bright and direct with crunchy fruit flavours of ripe cranberry, red cherry and white pepper, with a seamless silken

The parcels are crushed into an open top fermenter on 20% whole bunch, where they are then cold soaked for 3 days and gently plunged throughout fermentation. The wine is pressed into stainless to finish fermentation off skins, then racked into French oak which consists of 25% new, completing malolactic fermentation in barrel. After 8 months of barrel maturation, the wine is blended out of barrel, fined, stabilised and filtered.
A perfect match for veal cooked medium rare and paired with a pepper sauce.
