Aromas of plum, and peppery red currants and cherry fruit dominate the nose with hints of black pepper, spice and sweet toasty oak with hints of vanilla notes add complexity.
Palate is soft but full bodied. Flavours of mulberry and spicy red currants and cherry are supported by a strong tannin backbone and toasty oak provides excellent length to the palate, balancing the wine out perfectly.
