Lifted, vibrant aged-oak nut and pistachio flavours with a hint of citrus and ripe apple.

PALATE

Clean and mellow , this wine is very dry with aged-oak nutty and malt flavours integrated. The alcohol from the fortification helps to make the finish long and quite dry and will serve as an aperitif to many dinner parties.
