McWilliam’s has for many years crafted wines with fruit sourced from the cooler, high altitude sites situated along the New South Wales Great Dividing Range. This Cabernet Sauvignon from Hilltops shows rich dark currant fruit with dark chocolate finishing with a firm tannin structure giving the wine great length.

Classically structured, medium bodied Cabernet with silky cassis and dark chocolate fruit finishing with fine dry chamois tannins of tremendous length.
