Riverina, NSW

AROMA

Vibrant red cherry & violet notes.

Juicy red fruits dominate the fleshy entry, giving great freshness and supple almost Pinot-like mid palate. But the finish is savoury with silky tannins making it a smashingly great medium bodied drink that demands food.

Wine Companion 2018

Destemmed into an open fermenter for a 3-day cold soak, then warmed for an 8-day ferment, matured in used French oak for 15 months. Very attractive juicy red fruit aromas and flavours supported by superfine tannins. Drink for its novelty or its quality -you get both for the same price.
