Tasting Note

Fragrant and fresh with oak complexity displaying notes of nuts, pecan pie and raisin chocolate with a hint of chocolate. The palate displays obvious aged wood complexing flavours with raisins and toffee notes.

Winemaking

The wine has spent a minimum age of 10 years in small oak casks. These years spent maturing, combined with six generations of fortified winemaking experience ensures that the wine is consistent in its style and quality every year. The wine is blended and matured ready for immediate enjoyment.

Food Pairings

Enjoy with tiramisu, a selection of hard cheeses, or simply savour it on its own.
